WebbJust today I've noticed a small, hard bump on the top of my mouth, right behind my front teeth. It hurts slightly if I touch it with my teeth, but other than that it doesn't cause much sensation. I'm curious as to what this is as I'm currently studying at a different place for university and don't really have access to a dentist at the moment. WebbShow Questions. Age.
