WebApr 2, 2024 · well, one uses directx and the other opengl... it originally was opengl hence why it is called legacy. i use opengl for years already and never even tried the other choice. if you have issues with opengl, you can choose the other one. i think that was the reason why they started using directx a while ago. besides that, there is no difference. #1.
