Make sure you cast Ram's might and keep it active. +2 damage is a nice little boost. WebArtificer levels suck currently (spells are meh and trees are outdated). Repeaters are definately going to be inferior to inquis before you get shiradi procs + the 4th shot though. I think you might need horizon walker to stack ranged power due to how bad artificer trees are. If you want something easy to level and still decent at cap, do inquis.
